So, it’s your little one’s first time at the fair. Congratulations! Now it’s time to find a kiddie ride and get the party started.

Before you haul out that 48-oz. hand sanitizer, the mittens, elbow pads and a helmet, consider these three proven steps to a successful first round on a certain and very famous kiddie ride, the old-fashioned carousel.
Step 1: Propose the idea of carousel ride No. 1 gently, but firmly.

    I recommend a gentler (and much less expensive) introduction forty miles to the north at the Bartlesville Kiddie Park.
