The Boulder Grill: Power Lunch

Though The Boulder Grill is on the ground floor of the new Holiday Inn Tulsa – City Center at Seventh Street and Boulder Avenue, the décor, service and quality of cuisine make it a restaurant that could have worked just as well as an exclusive, top-floor stop for downtown’s business crowd.

The boulder grill is lack luster. The few decent items they do have do not compensate for poor service and tacky management. The company has yet to be current on the loan contract since the project began, causing many families to do without during Christmas of 2009. Contractors on this site have hundreds of thousands of dollars in liens on this site. Noble Hospitality llc. avoids coming to the bargaining table in a meek attempt to avoid "tabbing out" on this project. My opinion this company has no integrity to properly manage a business, and I will not be visiting their establishment.
