Riding A Camel at Tulsa Zoo: What I Did On My Spring Break
Posted by Tasha on March 18th, 2010 in Kids and Families
Thanks to the fact that two out of three of the residents of the TDT household are students this semester, Spring Break 2010 is packing a punch of awesome sauce right through our faces.
Here’s what we did with the first day of our vacation:
- Slept in. Big time.
- Had dinner with a set of kiddo’s grandparents.
- Went to the park.
- Watched some Hulu.
- Went grocery shopping (saved more than $70 with sales and coupons – woot!)
- Rode a camel at Tulsa Zoo and Living Museum.
Yeah, that last one was pretty much THE BEST THING EVER. Our son wanted me to pass along to you that he highly recommends it.
Tulsa Zoo still has lots of fun stuff going on for the kiddos this week, including a special kids’ zone and lots of chances to chat up the Tulsa Zoo docents. Check it out.
