Thanks to the restaurateur whose projects include Full Moon Cafe, Jewel Lounge and In the Raw On the Hill in Tulsa and SkkyBar Ultra Lounge and Buddha Tao Asian Bistro in Oklahoma City, the Brookside corner that formerly housed a Delta Cafe is now home to the newest concept out of Wolfgang Puck Worldwide Inc.: Wolfgang Puck Bistro.
